Design & Development

Uganda generates roughly 41 million kg of e-waste a year while only a fraction is formally collected, and the gap is not awareness alone β people do not know what to do with a specific device. Zura Tech needed a site that turns a large environmental problem into a clear next step for a household, a business and a partner, without overstating a collection programme that is still being built.
Built a multi-page platform with a device guide that routes visitors by what they actually have, separate paths for households and institutions, a learning section explaining safe handling, and an impact page that publishes each figure with its source and counting method. The progress section states the current collection total against a stated 2,000 kg first milestone rather than implying results that have not happened yet.
